“For example, in terms of our Service Level Agreements’, Insurance reinstatements have to meet various requirements and are typically administratively heavy. But now with the MWare solution we can give our foreman access to documents on-site and allow our customers to sign documents digitally too. Our office can action the documents in real-time instead of waiting for the foreman to return.”
